How it works
- Fill in a quick form online, or with the help of one of our trained members of staff.
- Receive your unique ID number and digital card.
- Your physical card will be sent to you by mail or given to you by a member of staff.

The C-Card is a free sexual health scheme for young people aged 13-25 living, working or studying in Nottingham City.
Once you’ve registered, you can access a wide range of free condoms, lube and dental dams. You can order online or collect them from participating C-Card pick-up points across the city.
The C-Card is more than just free condoms and lube, our trained practitioners are here to help you look after your sexual health and well-being. They are trained to listen to you, offer advice and help connect you with other services where appropriate.
Everything is confidential, and support is available whether you’re sexually active or not.
Yes. Everything is completely free! With C-Card you can access up to 24 condoms a month. You can get up to 6 or 12 condoms in one go. Simply register at one of our pick-up-points across the city or do it online.
Yes your information is kept confidential and only used by the C-Card service. Online orders will arrive in discreet plain packaging.
We offer a wide range of condoms – from flavoured to warming and cooling, as well as different sizes. We also offer unflavoured and flavoured lube. Not sure what’s right for you, check out our products menu or speak with a C-Card practitioner.
