Frequently asked questions

No. When you go to a pick-up point the practitioner will register you for C-Card and you can pick up during the same appointment.

The C-Card service is for people aged 13-25.

If you’re under 13 and have questions about sex, relationships or sexual health, you can still get support. Speak to a trusted adult, school nurse, GP or other healthcare professional. They can give you advice and help you access the right information or service.

If you’re over 25, you won’t be able to use the C-Card service, but get free condoms from sexual health clinics across Nottingham City. Click here to find a clinic or book an appointment.
